Both VPS packages include full root access to your server. This means maximum freedom in configuration: you can install additional software, set up databases and customize n8n to your requirements. After the one-time free installation by Nextfiles, responsibility for operation, backups, updates and administration lies with you. We optionally offer paid services for backups, support and custom workflow development.
Your n8n server is operated in German data centers with TÜV ISO 27001 certification. All communication is SSL/TLS encrypted. As a GDPR-compliant hosting provider, we provide you with a data processing agreement (DPA). Your workflow data, API keys and business processes remain on your own server – without dependency on third-party cloud services.

The delivery time depends on the selected product. Many apps are provisioned in a few minutes. Occasionally, provisioning may take a little longer, but usually occurs on the same day.
